Before you start.
Who coaches you, how the schedule works, how to get exercise feedback, and what nutrition support includes.
Yes. Your coach is Bennett, not AI. He works with you throughout the program, builds your workouts, reviews your check-ins, and answers your questions himself.
You train on your own schedule using the app. Bennett writes your program and reviews the workouts and check-ins you log. During your consultation, he’ll explain how to stay in touch and get feedback.
Watch the exercise demonstrations in your workout, then send Bennett a video if you want feedback on how you’re moving. He replies by text or video and adjusts the exercises and resistance to suit your ability, training history, and known limitations as you learn. Coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment; medical clearance may be appropriate for your situation.
Bennett helps you choose nutrition targets and habits that fit your training goals and food preferences. At check-ins, you review what you’ve tracked and decide together what to adjust. Tell him what help you need during your consultation.
