When life changes, your plan can too.

Tell Bennett what you completed, where you got stuck, and what changed at work or home. He reviews your workouts and nutrition habits before helping you plan the next week.

  • Workouts suited to your ability, equipment, and known injuries or limitations.
  • Direct answers and exercise feedback from Bennett by text or video.
  • Nutrition guidance and weekly adjustments when your needs or schedule change.

Build a routine you can repeat.

Your plan covers the workouts, nutrition goals, and habits that matter to you. The weekly check-in adds accountability and gives you a place to work through what is not going well.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your goal

Tell Bennett about your goals, training experience, known limitations, weekly schedule, eating habits, and the places where you want more support.

  2. Step 2

    Put it into practice

Follow workouts that fit your equipment and available time. Work on the nutrition targets and habits you agreed on with Bennett.

  3. Step 3

    Review your week together

Tell Bennett what worked and where you struggled. He reviews your progress and can change the workout schedule, exercises, or nutrition targets for the week ahead.

Adjust as you go.

Your workouts and nutrition habits need to fit the time and energy you actually have. Use your weekly check-in to tell Bennett what got in the way so you can adjust together.

Before you start coaching.

What to expect from weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, between-check-in questions, and adjustments when you travel.

Watch the exercise demonstrations in your workout, then send Bennett a video if you want feedback on how you’re moving. He replies by text or video and adjusts the exercises and resistance to suit your ability, training history, and known limitations as you learn.
